Group sessions in Embodied Therapy are particularly helpful for a group of people all dealing with a similar hurdle in life: grief and loss, chronic disease, displacement, etc. The principles of an individual Embodied Therapy session are included in the group experience. Together we explore movement, mindfulness, breath, meditation, and we use this to create a dialogue around our experience. Particpants feel validated, listened to, and connected to others who may be experiencing some of the same challenges.
