This 90-minute intake session is for first-time clients of SOFA status active duty military members and their dependents, SOFA GS employees and SOFA independent contractors who are living outside of the fifty U.S. States. Must provide proof of SOFA status with military orders or LOA. If you are looking to book a first time session with Michelle will use the 90 minutes to assess your mental health status, listen to your current struggles and obstacles, and begin to assess the best kind of care and treatment for your mental health journey. This is also time for you to consider Michelle's personality and fit for your own needs and expectations. Cancelation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before hand or at the very least the evening before. I appreciate an email sent to me letting me know that you are needing to cancel.
